QuadCopter Frame - Reassembly

So after fighting with problem of high vibration and instability for sometime, I finally decided to dissemble the whole frame and re-assemble it back properly.  So arranged the vibration damping material as in pic2 widely used in sport goods (Thanks to my friend Bhupinder)

Then I properly balanced frame, motor and props. Also place the damping material beneath my flight controller. Guess what, RESULTS were GOOD :)
